History: Wade Wilson was a career military man, and a little hyper focused on swords. Nothing insane, just...well. Eccentric. He was more a good man than a bad man, possibly a bit amoral, and with an inordinate fondness for Bea Arthur. However, about the same time that the Solution hit he was diagnosed with an inoperable cancer. This was bad.
The effects of the Solution were worse.
Wade expressed as Nature adept instantly, and combined with the cancer in his body and an exceedingly unfair twist of fate he managed to get magically linked to the entire country of Canada. This, if you'll check the bit on Canada, was a very bad thing. The damage done to Canada expresses itself constantly on Wade's body, and the cancer combined with his powers keep him alive despite it. In his moments of lucidity he's pretty sure that the only way that he can die is after Canada is completely healed of all the damage done. The amount of pain that he is in is staggering, it's not only the physical mutations that happen, he also feels Canada's pain.
Canada hurts, man.
Wade doesn't tell people his age, or his species. He wears a modification of the Organisation's armour, although he's more an ally than a member. There is a species of giant butterfly up in Canada whose wings have much the same properties as the coats, and Wade sweet-talked a Moogle into making him a body-suit out of that.
